PAST:
Phoebe Halliwell is the youngest sister. She was rebelious in highschool and didn't do as well in her studies as her sisters. When she grew older, she was constantly causing problems for herself and her granmother in that she had alot of brushes with the law.
Her two older sisters, Prue and Piper, returned to the manor to take care of their ill Grams. But in a matter of weeks, the sisters; granmother past away. Phoebe than decides to move to New York, feeling it would be in everyone's best interest.
A couple of months later, Phoebe returns to the manor. She wanders around the house and comes across the attick. There she finds an ancient book hidden inside a chest. She opens it and recites the incantation written inside. And on that night she and her sisters had become witches.
Phoebe has the power to see into the past and future, and in later years, levitate. But because she saw her powers as useless when in comes to fighting evil, she studdies martial arts and has become a master at it.
After numerous failed job interviews, Phoebe decides to return to college and later, graduates with a degree in psychology.
When Prue and Phoebe appear in court as witnesses to a crime, that's when Phoebe meets Cole Turner D.A. She fell in love with him, but later she discovers he is a vicious demon the evil Triad sent to kill the Charmed Ones. After he proved he can repress his evil side and stay good, Cole and Phoebe become inseperable.
After two and a half years of possesions, vanquishes and past life revivals, Phoebe and Piper loose prue to Shax.
PRESENT:
Phoebe has now become the middle sister and mediator between Piper and Paige.
In the middle of a demonic attack, Cole preposes to Phoebe to which she leaves unanswered for weeks but ends up accepting. They had to postpone their wedding untill they vanquish the Source. The sisters succeed in destroying the Source and Phoebe and Cole get married. But the honeymoon soon ended in that Cole transformed into the new Source and impregnated Phoebe with an evil spawn which in turn makes her evil. In order to save herself, Phoebe and her sisters have to vanquish Cole.
Phoebe moves on to become a famous nationaly sindicated advice columnist, and after news that Piper is now pregnant, the Halliwells finaly have a happy ending.
